This is a 6-12 month contract position (hours can be negotiated, approx 20 hours per week) To start immediately in an AKL based office!Key Responsibilities
Corporate, statutory financial management reporting requirements, including consolidation of group entities
Taxation, audit and other statutory requirements
Maintain an up-to-date group cashflow in conjunction with subsidiary Finance Teams
Maintain ability to do payroll and statutory returns for the NZ companies, when required
Management of annual financial budgeting processes and the ongoing forecasting procedures in conjunction with subsidiary Finance Teams
Preparation of Board monthly and annual financial reports and budgets including any variance reports and analysis of key performance indicators in conjunction with the companys annual business plan
Timeliness of monthly and annual reporting
Adhoc projects as requiredSpecial Skills
Ability to deliver and adhere to set deadlines consistently
Ability to direct and motivate staff to receive desired output
Ability to carry out work independentlyYou must have a minimum of 5 years financial and management accounting experience including dealing with multi-currency and offshore subsidiary transactions.If this sounds like you, then apply today.
