Are you a qualified and NZ experienced Automotive Technicianlooking for the potential to move off the tools to a supervisory position? Are you looking for more training, with an emphasis on moving to a supervisor position?This could be your opportunity to significantly advance your career!!This workshop needs a local experienced tradesman to train for a leadership role leading and ensure maximum productivity from the mechanical team. They are looking for someone who has the potential to move on to a more supervisory role once a structured training plan has been implemented and completed.Once at this supervisor level, spinning spanners may also be required occasionally to instruct and mentor the team, to ensure all out going work is of the highest quality, or at times of high workshop loading.Ideally you will have franchise experience with a similar brand or experience in a supervisory position within a franchise workshop. You must be able to work unsupervised, have good team leadership skills, be able to give clear verbal instructions, while maintaining maximum efficiency throughout and providing excellent customer service. You will also have a proactive attitude, a lively personality and desire a rewarding occupation in a top company paying top dollars in recognition of your skills. Interested?
