Our client, a successful worldwide insurance and investment company based in Auckland‘s CBD is seeking experienced Claims Advisors to join their commercial claims team.

In this position you will be responsible for the processing of commercial property claims with a total focus on quality claims management and impeccable client service, you will ensure claims are settled maintaining fairness and integrity. You will be managing relationships between loss adjusters, tradespeople and repairers, as well as maintaining open communication with their broker network.
To be successful in this role you must have claims experience in the commercial sector. You also need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Industry qualifications are preferred and knowledge of the policy system would be an advantage.
