Delighting our customers is what we are all about, and as the first point of contact you will be a key player in inspiring an active, vibrant Manurewa community.
Working as part of the Customer Support team, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of enquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!
You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customer needs.Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.A current first aid certificate is required.

This position requires 16 hours per week:
- Thursday: 9.00am – 1.00pm or 4.30pm – 8.30pm
- Friday: 9.00am – 1.00pm or 4.30pm – 8.30pm
- Saturday: 11.00am – 7.30pm
