My client, a centrally based membership organisation specialising in training and development are currently seeking an extraordinary administrator with excellent client services skills to join their team.
The purpose of this position is two fold, with the successful candidate taking responsibility for internal & external IT queries as well as handing a variety of complex queries from members.
It is important that you are driven by client satisfaction, technically savvy and have the ability to show empathy and good will to all callers.
Duties will include but are not limited to:

Record and track all incoming material related to training courses

Entering all records of learning into the in-house database

Following up with requests to book further training

Responding to all incoming calls, emails and queries (internally and externally)

Recording the resolution process for each request

Provide statistical information for reporting purposes

Provide continuous high levels of customer service on a daily basis
This is a down to earth yet driven team who have a passion for what they do. A friendly natured person with an outgoing personality who has worked in a client facing role will succeed in this position. There is a steep learning curve involved so training will be provided so as you can get up to speed.
