Soon to be based on the North Shore this organisation is dedicated to providing excellent service to New Zealanders nationwide.
To maintain excellent relationships with customers an inbound CSR is needed to join this fun and friendly team.
Youll be handling inbound calls from existing internal and external customers, answering queries, booking in services and providing resolution to any issues that they may have. Were looking for articulate and customer focused individuals with a personable character. This role requires some cross and up selling if there are products that match customer needs so previous sales experience is an advantage.
