The Roles:
Fantastic opportunities are available for part-time and full-time customer services representatives who are keen to make a difference.
Day-to-day duties will involve:
- Answering inbound and making outbound calls for alarm response, home detention, noise control, after hours council calls and vehicle release from car parks
- Responding to customer queries and resolving customer complaints
- Updating and maintaining customer databases
- Building customer relations
- Ensuring information is documented and recorded accurately
Key Skills:
- Experience working within a call centre/customer services environment
- Proven experience in problem resolution and negotiation skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Pro-active, self-motivated and thrive on using initiative
- Accurate data entry skills and ability to meet targets
- Computer literate across Microsoft Office Suite
