Situated by the harbour in Aucklands brand new North Wharf development, furnished for comfort and designed as the name would suggest, its the venue for all times of the day and night and any occasion.
With the brand new Viaduct event centre 20 metres away, the World Cup imminent and summer to follow the Conservatory will be the place to go.
We are now looking to recruit the best individuals in their respective hospitality positions to join us and be part of something great from the start.

Experienced Bartenders and Wait Staff
Due to our strong belief in providing exceptional personal service to our clientele, it is essential that we have the best and most experienced bar and waiting staff to join our young, vibrant and energetic team.
Bartenders – Full and Part Time
Requirements of the role :
3 years bartending experience in a quality establishment
Good barista skills
Extensive knowledge of quality wine and spirits and cocktail making
Strong customer focus.
The ability to work well in a busy, fast paced environment.
Flexibility – weekend and week day and night shifts.
The applicant must also possess a strong command of the English language.
A benefit would be previous management experience in such an environment however this is not a necessity of the role, but the desire to succeed, progress, and be the best is.
Wait Staff – Full and Part Time
Requirements of the role :
A minimum of 2 years waiting experience in a quality establishment
Strong customer focus and can do attitude.
Experience in a busy, fast paced environment and the ability to multi task.
Flexibility – weekend and week day and night shifts.
The applicant must also possess a strong command of the English language.
