The Association of Students’ at UCOL, AS@U, provides representation, advocacy and services to all UCOL students.

Our fantastic Association Manager is on the move, and we need someone just as excellent to replace her!

If you are super-organised, efficient and able to multi-task, you’ll shine in this role!

Your main task will be managing staff and a range of day to day operations across our three campuses. In conjunction with the President, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Overseeing all finances
  • Preparation of all employment documentation
  • Undertaking annual performance planning
  • Reviewing meetings with AS@U staff
  • Health and Safety management
  • Drafting management policies & procedures for Executive approval

You’ll need an eye for detail as you’ll also be overseeing the student magazine, looking over all design work prior to production.

This is a busy, varied role, so our successful applicant will need to be enthusiastic, switched on and a real people person. Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage, but more important to us is your attitude and ‘can-do’ approach when deadlines start to approach!
