Personal Assistant in a leading commercial organisation. This role is suitable for a highly organised discreet person who will be required to manage the Group Managersdiary, schedule meetings, book flights accommodation and conferences, prepare documentation for meetings and meet with other members of the department and assist them when required while making certain that all secretarial duties have been completed.
To get this exciting role you will require excellent communication skills, a proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure with strong administrative skills and idealy havea minimum or 2 years work experience in a PA or team administration role. Excellent typing and a good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook will allow you to succeed in this position.
