Do you have a passion for coaching?Do you believe that coaching is one of the key drivers to sporting success?Do you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative team that supports the development of effective and sustainable coaching systems at community sport level?If so, then we would like to hear from you.An exciting full time leadership position has become available in the Capability Sport team at Harbour Sport, one of New Zealands 17 Regional Sports Trusts.You will need: Experience working in coach development in the sports and/or education sector.A sound understanding of the NZ Coaching Strategy.Awareness of adult learning needs.Experience in developing coach educators.Project development and management skills.Proven experience in leadership and staff management.Highly developed organisational skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.The ability to promote, market and sell the value of coaching with enthusiasm and passion.Qualifications:A tertiary qualification in coaching, sports management or education.
