This well-known financial services organisation, is seeking a solicitor with between 8 to 12 years experience to join their legal team which works closely with the business and really acts as a true advisor. This role will see you providing legal advice and services to internal clients and assisting them through your detailed knowledge of contract and general commercial law. They have a large in-house legal team which means there is plenty of scope for longer term career development and progression.
This position has a broad scope and will see you working closely across a range of their core business areas. Your experience with complex procurement contracts, a knowledge of the regulatory environment in which financial services works and a good understanding of financial products will be required for this role. The role will allow you to further develop your commercial acumen and to work closely with the business providing sound assessment of risk but with a solution focus. Your professional development will be driven by learning s from a very well regarded team and your collaboration with external legal providers.
