Listed as one of the Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the world, we are strategically positioned for strong growth in all our markets and products.This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced Team Leader, preferably with a manufacturing background in the pharmaceuticals industry, to efficiently co-ordinate the production and delivery of aseptically compounded total parenteral nutrition, cytotoxics, and antibiotics to hospitals and home-patients throughout New Zealand. The role involves maintaining high product quality standards, cost effectiveness and customer focused solutions . We are seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals who possess the following skills and attributes:Leadership and management skills;Pharmacy/Science degree or suitable equivalent;Strong co-ordination and organisational skills;Effective communication skills to establish and maintain excellent collaborative relationships both internally and externally;Ability to work with minimum supervision;Strong decision maker able to think on ones feet if required;Ability to work flexible hours;A strong work ethic;Proactive in identifying opportunities and implementing changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency;Strong attention to detail and accuracy.It is desirable that you have a sound knowledge of aseptic compounding gained from a pharmacy or within the pharmaceutical industry however, this is not essential as extensive training will be provided.Applications close: Friday 8th July 2011
