With hands on Directors and principals the team is close knit and offer a lot of support to each other as they strive to ensure they are delivering the same consistent level of service. Their projects range from $1mill through to $25mill and are varied with a good mix of private, bank funding and public.
The Position & You
This firm is looking for an experienced intermediate Quantity Surveyor, someone that can hit the ground running and ideally take control of projects immediately. As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor you will be expected to have abroad understanding of the commercial market and the construction process, be confident in dealing with progress claims, negotiating variations, site experience, be able to work autonomously, take control of projects and client liaison.
