Banking Operations Supervisor role Job at Hudson New Zealand, Auckland, Auckland Central
Are you currently in an operational supervisory role within the Bank and interested in working with top tier corporate and institutional clients? Want to use your existing banking experience but in a more diverse role? Keen to join the business whilst in their growth phase?

In this role, you will be supervising the banking officer and ensuring all corporate customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will enjoy working with a broad range of banking processes including lending, transactional banking and global and local payments. In addition to this, you will also provide general support to the office and ensure it is running smoothly. You will work in a friendly supportive team who enjoy motivating each other to meet and exceed customer expectations.
To be a success in this role, you will possess;
Strong operational banking experience within a corporate banking environment
Hands on knowledge of banking operations and payment systems processes
Previous leadership experience an advantage
Strong administrative skills and general office management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Working knowledge of general compliance issues
A clean credit check is essential
