Their work schedules and travel arrangements can change in an instant. Their PA Extraordinaire is relocating within the business and they need someone who is flexible to step into her shoes and ensure they make the best use of their time and resources.Youll need to be calm, effective, courteous and have a sense of humour, whilst understanding the need for confidentiality and professionalism. You will need to manage a broad range of administration tasks, correspondence, diary management, travel arrangements and catering requirements, for both managers.Youll have well developed Microsoft office skills,(word, excel and power point) , with high accuracy and speed and at least 5 years experience in a similar position.
