The successful applicant will need to be proficient in all areas of the professional kitchen and be familiar with health and safety standards.You will need to be wellorganised and in control at all times. The successful applicant will become a leading figure in the team atJDV and take charge during the head and souschefs absence as well asassisting the head chef in being a creative driving force in the kitchen.

JDVis open for lunch and dinner Monday through toSunday and you must be available to work anyshifts during these times.

We are looking for motivated Chefs with drive, experience and knowledge. Must havea passion for foodand thrive on working as part of a busy kitchenteam. Must work well under pressure and be keen to learn, taking direction well.
