If you are a Savvy and smart operator who is able to work with many balls in the air, and pretty resilient – this is the job for.
This is an opportunity to work with wide variety of managers in a busy, fast paced business. You will learn so much over the next 7 months – it will be akin to 18months somewhere else – so you will be able to really drive your career in HR forward!
During your time you will be coordinating recruitment & inductions, managing departures, providing HR advice, sorting any training and development requirements, contribute to developing policies and procedures.
Together with the HR Manager you will pull off come exciting new undertakings.
If you are already tertiary qualified that would be great, however what is important is a couple of year’s exposure to HR. You will need to be au fait with NZ legislation obviously.
There are other roles on here, but if you are really committed to HR – then you mustn’t go past this one.
