Aspect Environmental Liners specialise in the supply and installation of a wide range of geosynthetic products and systems in a variety of sectors within New Zealand.Due to the growth of their customer base, we are looking to recruit an Installation Supervisor who has proven staff management experience. This is a hands on front line supervisory role and would ideally suit applicants who have a trades background in construction or engineering.In your role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the installation, Health and Safety, current work and allocation of installation staff, travel arrangements, equipment maintenance, consumables that would be required for each individual job, equipment checks and daily progress reporting. Flexibility and the ability to travel are requirements as it is weather dependent and the locations are not restricted to the Waikato.In order to achieve this we are looking for applicants who have:
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Motivation
- Supervisory skills
