Are you a great administrator with exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills?
In this role, you will apply resource management expertise to the assessment of resource consent applications against the relevant provision of the District Plan, Resource Management Act and other statutory requirements.
You will provide accurate, professional advice, both verbally and in writing, to applicants and the public.Your customer service focus will assist when liaising with customers in relation to queries and complaints.
Your technical skills, especially your attention to detail and report writing, will come into play when assessing and processing resource consent applications.You will ensure that all applications are processed within the required timeframe and meet all statutory requirements.
The ideal person for this role will have a tertiary qualification in Planning or similar.The position would be perfect for a graduate with some hands-on experience that would love to begin their planning career within a supportive and well respected organisation.
