Dealing with a predominantly SME client base you will have proven leadership ability and a professional approach to all aspects of your work.In this role you will be providing strategic leadership and management for two successful North Island branches. You will be responsible for the preparation, management, implementation and achievement of business plan strategy and goals in addition to leading, developing and inspiring a dynamic team. This leading global Risk Specialist and Insurance Brokerage is seeking a Senior Account Broker to join their Auckland based financial and professional services team.A key focus of this role will be identifying and converting new business opportunities, therefore the successful candidate will have exceptional relationship building skills and effectiveness dealing with corporate clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. In addition you will be managing and developing a strong team of risk advisors, brokers and administrative staff.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in the insurance industry and ideally some exposure to Professional Indemnity and Directors and Officers product lines.
