Construction – Dairy Oil & Gas Petrochemical industrial – Mining
Give yourself your own title but we are looking for a highly experienced and consummate estimating professional with at least 15 plus years of experience, pricing large complex multi-million dollar construction projects.
This is a full time position based in New Plymouth, working with the senior management team in the pricing and tender evaluation for any major projects within the NZ/Australasian heavy industrial sector. These sectors could cover, Oil&Gas, food & beverage, Dairy, infrastructure, or general heavy industry.
Key requirements for the role include:
- The ability to prepare accurate cost estimates drawn from tender documentation and Internal bid projections
- Utilise your vast experience to provide complete pricing proposals for client presentations and for subcontractor tender packs
- The ability to work autonomously but within a multi-discipline project team environment
- Exposure to the Oil&Gas and/or heavy industrial sector is an advantage but not essential
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
This isnt a role for a light weight as the successful applicant will be significantly experienced and highly regarded within the construction industry hence attracting an income package commensurate to that experience.
