We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will be working with customers who are experiencing financial difficulties. Your ability to handle challenging interactions with customers will require strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills. You will have a number of years experience in Credit Control and have an eye for detail. Previous experience in handling challenging interactions with customers and being able to negotiate and problem solve will be critical. Working within a small team, your role will be responsible for working with members who have fallen behind in payments and assisting them in resolving their arrears. You may also be involved in lending and renegotiating duties. Being able to work effectively as a team member in a fast paced environment will also be important.To be successful in this role you will need to be:
