Our client has grown to become one of the largest multi-utility contractors in New Zealand, with a reputation for excellence and innovation, operating throughout the North Island of New Zealand and in Perth and Melbourne in Australia.
They are seeking experienced Electrical Technicians who are able demostrate experience in installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and systems associated with the supply and control of electrical energy.
You will be responsible for:
- the maintenance, testing, commissioning and repairs of cables and of substation plant and equipment.
- Be safe for both yourself, the public, your clients and colleagues
- Be able to adhere to all regulatory requirements.
- Look after your tools and equipment
- Suggest improvements on all areas of the business such as work place safety, work practises, procedures and standards.
