You will manage a team of people at our service at Northcote, North Shore.The ideal person will possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes:
  • Passion and commitment
  • Experience working within the mental health and/or disability sector
  • High level communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Organisational process management experience
  • Outcome orientated
  • People management skills
  • Problem solving and judgement skills
  • Enjoys autonomy and being part of a team
  • Full, clean driver licence – able to drive a manual vehicle
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist
  • All professional qualifications must be registered under HPCA Act 2003
