You will manage a team of people at our service at Northcote, North Shore.The ideal person will possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes:
- Passion and commitment
- Experience working within the mental health and/or disability sector
- High level communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Organisational process management experience
- Outcome orientated
- People management skills
- Problem solving and judgement skills
- Enjoys autonomy and being part of a team
- Full, clean driver licence – able to drive a manual vehicle
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist
- All professional qualifications must be registered under HPCA Act 2003
