CASE MANAGER
SENIOR REGISTERED NURSE
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Case Manager/ Senior Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing quality care to the elderly.
You will be Responsible for delivering quality nursing care at an advanced level and provide direction and support to other nursing staff while promoting professional standards of practice and conduct, and be responsible for achievement of unit goals and standards.
Essential Criteria :-
Minimum 3-5 years experience working as a Senior Registered Nurse in either Australia, New Zealand or Ireland.
Current Australian nursing registration
Demonstrate competency in verbal, written and computer communication
Experience in the supervision of staff and Post graduate qualifications in a specialty relevant to aged care nursing are desirable.
