With 200 rooms and located in the heart of Queen Street, we are a vibrant and exciting Hotel, catering to both corporate and leisure guests. Our kitchen creates meals for Zest restaurant and bar, in-room dinning, and the banqueting and conferencing department. We have a vacancy for a vibrant, career orientated Demi Chef. As an experienced Demi Chef you have what it takes to help maintain food hygiene systems and ensure that our food remains at the highest standard. Key responsibilities include:
  • Food preparation and production.
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction

Key skills include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • A flair for creativity and innovation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high level of team work
