Trustees Executors is a financial services company with a strong reputation for delivering trust, estate, investment and corporate services in New Zealand for 130 years. An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Auckland office for a full-time Client Administration Manager. There will be an initial period of work from our Takapuna office at commencement.

The purpose of this role is to provide client trust and corporate structure administration services and support the management of our client relationships for our Offshore Client Services and Private Wealth businesses.

Based in Takapuna initially, it is intended this role will eventually work from our Auckland CBD office.

Suitable applicants are likely to possess:

  • At least five years proven work experience in administration and client support functions
  • A sound working knowledge of administrative and commercial practices, including companies office processes and procedures
  • Well developed communication and relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislative and compliance matters including being experienced in managing company records and dealing with the Companies Office
  • A focus on results with excellent time management skills
  • A Legal Executive qualification would be an advantage.
