Ferrymead Automotive is a small family business specialising in mechanical repairs and panel beating.
Due to the exciting growth in their business, they are now looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Receptionist to be responsible for undertaking administrative functions within the company.
The role calls for a candidate with experience in a similar role, including a proven track record working in Administrative functions.
Applicants should have sound working knowledge of:
Personal assistant duties.
MYOB or other Microsoft programs.
General receptionist duties
To be successful in this role, you must be computer literate in MYOB or similar and have an understanding of Microsoft packages. The successful candidate must be able to self manage, be creative and time efficient. Experienced applicants should only apply.
