Due to our rapid international expansion a position has become available for a talented individual to help support our growing base ofinternational distributors.
We (Hubco Automotive Ltd) are a designer and manufacturer of automotive carrying systems with a large customer base in New Zealand and Australia, and a rapidly growing international presence. As winner of the 2008 International Forum Product Design Award we pride ourselves on our innovative abilities and the design quality of our products.
This position will be responsible for day to day contact with our international distributors, ensuring that they have the best support possible to help them develop their markets.
The primary responsibilities of the role will be:
- Key point of contact for distributor queries and orders.
- Assist in developing marketing plans for distributors.
- Work with distributors to set targets and monitor performance in relation to targets.
- Ensure distributors are always aware of developments in the market and industry, and always have up-to date product knowledge.
- Assist in the implementation of distributor management systems, such as order processing, automated product release information etc.
To be successful with our application you will need to possess the following qualifications/skills:
- Marketing related degree and advantage.
- Passion for sales.
- Knowledge of/interest in the automotive industry.
- Good IT skills, proficient with all Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Account Management Experience.
- Sound business acumen.
- Excellent people and relationship building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel is essential.
- European language an advantage.
- Minimum of two years of related experience.
