My client is seeking to appoint an experienced company accountant / finance manager.
The role is based in Wellington and will be responsible for leading the existing finance function. The role reports directly into the CEO and will require you to liaise with a number of external stakeholders throughout the country.
This is a great opportunity to utilise your strong accounting experience and will provide you with the opportunity to streamline processes and procedures for the wider business.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic advice to management, ensuring the financial management processes are in line with the strategy of the business as well as the preparation and revision of budgets and preparation of the company’s annual accounts.
To be successful in your application you will ideally be CA qualified, have experience in a not for profit organisation (desirable) and have excellent communication skills, coupled with proven experience at a similar level.
