We currently have Management Opportunities available in our brand new FCO store. The primary purposes of these roles are to drive the strong performance of the store and to ensure company procedures; management standards and values are upheld. As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Sales performance, merchandising, and meeting operational and merchandising standards
- Customer service and complaint resolution
- Inventory management
- General administration
- Assisting with people management, including recruitment, rostering, training, personal development and succession management
- Financial management
- Store organisation and planning, as well as communicating throughout the business
- Upholding company Workplace Health & Safety standards and procedures
To be successful in these roles, you will ideally have previous supervisory/management experience within a specialist retail environment. You will need good communication, negotiation and analytical skills, an awareness of change management and the ability to deliver operationally in several key areas.
