The ideal candidate for this role has:
Technical skills:
5 years + experience working with a top civils contractor
Has NZCE, BE (civil) or an equitant qualification
Proven technical abilities
Computer literacy
In-depth knowledge and understanding of NZS 3910 contracting requirements
Personal attributes:
A fluent command of oral and written English communication skills are critical
A can do attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
Strong leadership skills
Ability to make quick confident decision in a fast paced environment
Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
