Group buying is still a very new way of marketing businesses, and it’s for this reason that we’re looking for smart, talented and generally awesome people who can think outside the box, take the initiative with ideas, as well as create deals that are simultaneously great for your partners and irresistible to our members.
The role is about thinking outside the square, being creative, knowing the market and pushing the envelope! You will need to be able to share your enthusiasm over the phone, but more pertinently, face to face with potential clients.
To truly rise to the top and make your mark quickly you will need to possess the following attributes and experience.
- Ability to introduce the Cudo brand to businesses through identification of potential clients that fit the Cudo ethos, then convert them into Merchants with deals to be featured.
- Negotiate with the Merchant a quality deal that will deliver a fantastic experience for the customer and a minimum revenue level for Cudo.
- Ensure the end to end to processes are followed, optimised and continuously improved.
- Lead, develop and be self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
- Maintain a service offering for merchants that differentiates us in the market.
- Assist others in thinking creatively and developing new ideas.
You will have solid experience within a similar role coupled with strong communication skills and a proven dedication to achieve results. Experience working within media would be ideal, where you thrive in a bustling environment and can think on your feet!
