We are looking for an experienced senior consultant to manage theChristchurch Region.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be a very experienced Recruiter with a reputation of being sincere, proactive, able to self manage and committed to the success of your clients business and your candidates future. You will need to have an office set up from home however you will conduct all interviews off site.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who is looking to generate a solid income in the area of recruitment and work mainly from home with the hours that suit YOU. No interviews would be conducted from your home, only the Administration of the role.

You may have been a very experienced recruiter previously and currently be a stay at home parent, or studying part time at University and wanting to supplement your income in an industry and a role that you know inside out. Or you may be looking at a lifestyle change from the busy Corporate world and be looking at opportunities just like this to secure your financial future and be your own boss.

You will be engaged through the business as anindependent contractor so you will be paid on invoice and responsible for your own tax and GST payments ( being GST registered is not essential in the first instance). This is a commission role whereby you are paida VERY LARGE %of ALL Fee placements . All costs associated with the recruitment process are covered bymy business but you will need your own home office with suitable Computer, Printer etc to complete your Admin duties.

This is a Business Development Role and you will have the benefit of being associated with a respected brand and an innovative business with a team of VERY HAPPY recruiters all earning strong consistent incomes.

You will be required to report to the Director each week and you will be encouraged to have FUN whilst you work. This type of opportunity does not suit everyone and it is expected that you will have lots of questions on how this will work for you.
