A rare position has developed for an experienced CHPP Manager to manage a new plant for a greenfield operation at an attractive New Zealand location.The organisation promotes open and honest communication, offers significant autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of your department. They are also in an excellent financial position with a healthy bank balance and cashflow from other producing operations.
As the new CHPP Manager on site, you will be responsible for the management of the processing plant to meet production and quality targets whilst overseeing the continual enhancement of the plant. You will be in charge of the supervision of resources to meet stringent maintenance schedules and be accountable for costs and budgets.

Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential
Significant experience within a similar role
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
