We have a vacancy for a Service Coordinator to manage two of our Residential sites. This offers an opportunity for you to demonstrate your leadership skills while continuing to deliver service directly to clients. Reporting to the Service Leader, you will coordinate a team of service delivery staff to deliver a high quality service that meets our contractual and service requirements.
A key component of the role is your ability to
* develop strong working relationships with clients, clinical services and family/whanau,
* be committed to improving client outcomes,
* be an experienced and competent Strengths practitioner and role model,
* understand the needs of our clients to ensure safety is paramount,
* support clients in their recovery,
* multi task, coordinate services, be flexible, have excellent planning and organisational skills,
* demonstrate good written and oral communication skills,
* work independently as well as a team player is essential, and
* build effective relationships with family/whanau, the local community and clinical services.
You will be a Mental Health Professional and hold a relevant qualification plus at least 2 years work experience in Mental Health. It is essential that you hold a full clean drivers licence and a clean police record.
