My client, a household name in the provision of loan, investments and general insurance products and services, is looking to expand their current Claims department. They are, therefore, seeking an experienced Claims Advisor to join the team with a view to adding value and utilising your in-depth industry knowledge and consummate professionalism to positive effect.

Working in their headquarters, you’ll be responsible for providing the high level of service the organisation‘s members have come to expect, building effective working relationships with other internal departments as well as external bodies such as repairers, insurers and suppliers. You will be responsible for all aspects of a customer‘s claim, from the initial lodging to negotiating settlements and arranging repairs.
To be considered for this immediate position, you’ll have recent and relevant experience in an insurance claims environment. You’ll also be able to demonstrate examples of quality relationships built and high quality customer service you have provided during your career. You’ll be technically savvy, be able to work independently and be thrive under pressure when required!
