Position Profile
Based in central Wellington, the purpose of this position is to proactively and professionally respond to customer enquiries over the phone and by email. You will be required to process all customer applications and proactively deal with issues like account maintenance. You will liaise with other departments within the organisation to resolve any queries on a daily basis. Your primary focus, above all others is to provide the highest level of customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Client Services Officer
- Answering in bound calls in a timely manner
- To provide excellent customer service to all customers, solving problems promptly and in a professional manner, preventing unnecessary delays
- Update the client database
- To ensure accuracy in all written correspondence to customers
- To build positive and professional working relationships both internally and externally
It is ideal that you will have worked in a client facing position previously, in a banking or financial services environment. Your skills in this area will allow you to excel in this position.
This is a 10 month contract position and we are ideally looking for someone who can start relatively soon.
