The General Manager is responsible for a unit which informs and guides strategy, helps the business develop and implement tactics to achieve that strategy and works to monitor both SPARC and its partners’ effectiveness.

The unit comprises three small and pragmatic teams that provide a range of critical functions from international and domestic policy, to research and analysis, to risk and performance management. The unit is also the key facilitator of SPARCs relationship with Government and the Minister for Sport and Recreation.

The successful candidate will be comfortable in both private and public sectors, have led and implemented strategic projects and had considerable experience facilitating relationships at a Senior Executive and Ministerial level.
