We are currently seeking customer service stars with a passion for local government to work in exciting and varied temporary assignments in the run up to the Rugby World Cup. Youll be taking calls and be the first point of contact for Aucklanders (and tourists) regarding a wide variety of queries this is a pure customer service role with no element of sales (except of course promoting Auckland!).
Youll have the chance to show off your talent for providing excellent customer service with enthusiasm and energy to burn. Youre the kind of person that has the philosophy that every customer is a VIP and treat them as such.
We have vacancies in Auckland City, Manukau, Henderson, Takapuna, Orewa, Franklin, Papakura, Warkworth, Waiuku and Huapai.

Were looking for people with:
- Experience in a customer service or office based position
- Confidence to assist customers in a phone based environment
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
