We are on the hunt for someone to assist our Engineering Manager with all building and service related matters at our Wiri plant. Some of the areas you will manage will be:
- Property maintenance
- Roof repairs
- Drainage repairs
- Cleaners/hygiene services
- Health & Safety supply support
- Canteen management
- Plant air conditioning
Ideally from a property management background you will have some practical facilities management experience. Your experience is important but your attitude is key. You must be positive, motivated and hungry for responsibility. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as are your MS office and project management skills.
