Banklink is an organisation who offer streamlined accounting services to Accountants.
Due to an internal transfer they are seeking a switched on Customer Service Star to join their division of 15. This is an integral role where you are responsible for handling a range of queries to assist the client in making use of this software as seamless as possible. The key to handling these calls is all about the quality of service to the customer and not about the speed in which it is handled. Inputting the nature of the call and its outcome into their computer system is part and parcel of the role.
This is a Monday to Friday role 8:30am 5:00pm three days a week and two days where you will either be on the 11:30am 8:00pm or 10:30am 7:00pm shift.
You have a supportive manager who empowers his team and has an open door policy.
Extensive training on Banklinks software is given before you begin on the telephones.
You will have the following skills and attributes:
- Strong communication, both verbal and written is vital
- A friendly team player with an open personality
- A basic understanding or exposure to some form of accounting is preferable
- A technical nous
- Solid computer skills
