The Role
The group is seeking aCommercial and Retail Property Manager, to be based in Canberra. The role will focus on the day to day management of a sophisticated and challengingportfolio. You will be exposed to leading energy management programmes and comprehensive financial management systems. Tenants include leading bluechip organisations,government bodies and private groups. You and the team will provide a superior level of service to all tenants and suppliers, ensuring continued portfolio success.
The Person
The successful applicant must have a working knowledge of Commercial or Retail Property Management. You will be supported by a highly experiencedPortfolio Manager, however you must display basic property management understanding of tenancy schedules, rental arrears, accrual accounting and tenant management.
