We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused professional to join our team of passionate, friendly and highly skilled people.
The Rental Administration position is key to the on-going growth and success of our rental department. We want the right person who wants to be involved with growing our exciting property management portfolio and assisting and supporting the Rental Manager.
You will be responsible for a busy front reception and work effectively as part of a team to ensure we deliver exemplary services to all of our customers. Your experience will include administration and customer service, ideally within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
As well as having a creative edge with a high attention to detail, you will be comfortable with IT and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and perform under pressure to succeed in this role.

- Warmly welcoming & assisting all of our customers
- General administration & reception duties
- Computer input & filing
- Creative writing – ads and marketing text
- Receipting money & general accounts maintenance
- Assisting tenants and landlords with any queries
- Completing tenancy agreements with our new tenants
While rental experience would be advantageous our essential requirements are candidates who have a “can do” attitude, superior problem solving skills & likes variety in their day.
