A fantastic leadership opportunity now exists for a senior HR manager to work closely with the General Manager Workforce Development and the wider management team at CYF. This newly created position is responsible for leading a newly configured team of HR generalists and specialists located across the country who provide a wide range of HR advice and support (with a particular focus on recruitment and employee relations).
We are looking for a highly motivated and energised “people” leader, with a real passion for leading the development and implementation of best practice HR strategies, frameworks and programmes. You will have a strong track record of professional leadership, breadth and depth of technical HR knowledge and skills, and the ability to anticipate situations, create opportunities and avoid problems in a dynamic environment. Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to manage complex, competing demands is essential.
