A CBD based accounting practice looking for a competent manager to develop their internal team as well as the firms fee base.
The main responsibilities for this position include ensuring the provision of high quality and timely accounting services to the firms clients, growing the fee base of the firm, and managing a team of experienced accountants. Furthermore, you will be working alongside the partners of the BAS division and contributing to the strategic direction of the practice.

Position requirements:
- Extensive experience working directly with clients advising them on their accounting needs and growth of their businesses.
- Proven experience growing a fee base of an accounting division.
- Ability to manage an accounting team including the training, supervision and performance management of junior staff members.
- Full NZICA qualifications, complemented with New Zealand accounting experience.
