We are looking to add to thisteam of Travel Insurance Consultants this is a team that is dedicated and thrives on exceeding the expectations of our customers. The team want colleagues that will do the same but who will alsofun and get involved, whether it be organising a team to compete in their internal sport games, decorate their desks for Rugby World Cup, or know when its time for heads down and focus on the customers.
Each customer is an individual and responses are tailored to suit their individual need. The calls are varied.a customer calling to get a quote for their exciting trip across America; discussing what a pre-determined medical condition is; travelling to a country that our Government has issued a warning against travelling to; or a customer in distress as theyve lost their iPhone on their travels. The focus is to find solutions rather than work to limitations.
Our client has over25 years experience as a specialist travel insurer andare a 100% New Zealand owned company. Theysell a majority of their travel insurance products direct to the public, who also utilise the discountsoffered via the internet allowing them to keeptheir prices low.
The in-depth training will quickly give you the knowledge about the policies and youll feel supported by both your team and management once youve hit the phones.
What are we looking for? Our wish list consists of people with customer service experience, ideally in a phone environment but definitely not limited to. Were looking for people who have a work history that stability i.e. theyre arent moving from one job to the next after six months / one year. We want to know that when we hire you youll still be with us in 18 months time. We invest the time in you you need to invest the time in us.
