We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Store Manager who is a fashion loving retail professional to join the Millers team at Shirley. We are looking for an experienced store manager who is ready to take their career to the next level!
The Store Manager role will support the Regional Manager and have overall responsibility for the success of the store. Its going to be an incredibly busy but exciting role, where no two days will be the same. As the Store manager you will be responsible for:
- Maximising Sales Growth
- Building Customer Loyalty
- Leading and motivating your team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Store presentation through implementing visual merchandising standards
- Inventory control
- Managing Loss prevention
- Adhering to health and safety standards
- Managing store rosters, expenses & budgets
- Staff training
As a Store Manager you will be an energetic, self motivated professional, who is a customer service Champion. For success in this role you will also have the following:
