This Auckland based role, reporting to the National Facilities Manager, is responsible for providing facilities management, procurement, reception and general facilities support services. Your success in this role will will be measured by your ability to manage the provision of a high quality service to all stakeholders across the organisation across New Zealand.
To be considered for this role you will be able to outline your experience (min 2 years) ideally in a similar corporate role including your success in:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key vendors, suppliers and property managers.
- Implementation of office moves and alterations – there is a key project which will involve an office refurbishment of 5 floors
- Monitoring and audit of all property service functions to ensure business needs are being met including meeting with building management and tenant committees
- Coordination of car parking and associated services
- Negotiation and monitoring of service level agreements with suppliers ensuring compliance
- Maintenance of furniture and work stations
